[TYPO3-realty] OpenimmoImport by Shell & CronJobs fails

Yes, it is the same file. In the BE the import works fine, via shell 
(user root) I got the error message shown above.

I also checked the file permissions an set the whole dir to 777 and 
started the script with user root at the shell prompt:

/srv/www/vhosts/domain.com/httpdocs/typo3/typo3/cli_dispatch.phpsh 
openImmoImport
