[TYPO3-realty] OpenimmoImport by Shell & CronJobs fails

Generally, this sounds like an ZIP file that doesn't include event the
most basic fields or that is in the wrong format altogether. This could
happen e.g. if the file is an ImmoXml file (the old format) instead of
the current OpenImmo format.

If this is about the same file, then this will be a file permissions
problem, e.g., the cron user doesn't have write or read permissions to
the import directory.
