[TYPO3-project-realty] Import charset

[mediasoft Markus Soelkner]

Hello Group!

Everything works fine till now - if i want to make in Import, the "umlaute" 
come out wrong - i tried it with utf and the german charset - does anyone 
have in idea? I cannot found anything in the internet.
