[TYPO3-project-realty] Error in Cities, Districts...

This is the first time that request assistance in this list, and would
like to thank the development of this extension, I encounter a problem
after several installs.
The fields with options such as city, district, are in the sysfolder,
but are not displayed and cannot be edited when add or edit a object.

Where is my mistake?
