[TYPO3-piwik] Setup for Piwik on other server

Hi

I try to install EXT:piwik and EXT:piwikintegration and look for a step-by-step description. My problem is that the database of Piwik is on another server. Which steps does I have to do to connect to the other server? Which configuration? Which plug-ins on Piwik?

Alle manuals describes local databases. EXT:piwik works an data is collected. And now?
