[TYPO3-piwik] The next steps

Hello together,

being a bit frustrated and happy with the new piwik, i decided to start
piwikintegration from the scratch!

I'm currently building up my new development environment, so when im
ready i will start refactoring ExT:piwikintegration.

The Progrss of installing piwik will be splitted into two parts and some
classes:

Part 1: The easy downloading and validating part
Part 2: The complex init, install, setup part

Therefor there are planned API changes under the hood. If you used the
API directly, please take a look on the code, when it's published in the
SVN.

Things that will be implemented lateron are:
 - schedulertask (T3 API is ...)
   workaround: until a stable task, you could use the cron script
   shipped with piwik

 - moving piwik in a different database
   workaround: none
   reason:     piwik seems to prepend database names before table names
