[TYPO3-paymentlib] Paymentlib error with Direct mail.

Hey Tonni,

I was using the latest from TER.

I'm using the donations extension in conjunction with the paymentlib and 
used the paymentlib_offline extension only for studying purposes as I 
want to implement another paymentlib extension (see other post).
