[TYPO3-news] [TYPO3-project-news] News texts "created by" and date format not in german?!

Dear all,

I try to get the texts from the headline printed out in german or in german format. Therefore I tried this coding, but I only get the english texts and formats.

config.linkVars = L(0-10)
config.sys_language_uid = 1
config.language = de
config.locale_all = de_DE

Can anybody tell me why?
