[TYPO3-media] Virtual storage with UID 0

Hi guys,

additionally to the auto-created fileadmin storage with UID 1, I have 
introduced a "virtual" storage, which has no record in the 
sys_file_storage table but is just created on the fly by the Factory.

This is used e.g. by thumbs.php when working in backwards-compatibility 
mode for displaying files in the uploads/ folder, for which no Storage 
exists. Basically, it makes it possible to use FAL for managing any file 
access in the TYPO3 installation.
