[TYPO3-media] Drag and drop move working in UI and Driver, Storage still causing problems

Hig guys,

Andreas and me just tested drag-and-drop moving of files (which Steffen 
implemented UI wise) and it seems to be fully working in the UI and the 
Driver level, just the Storage as the "middle layer" throws an exception 
due to apparently insufficient permissions.

If the checks in the Storage are commented out, it's working nicely 
including the files being actually copied on the Filesystem.

What doesn't work yet in the Driver is moving files across Storage 
borders, so from a Folder in Storage A to a Folder in Storage B. But 
Andreas is working on fixing that as well.
