[TYPO3-project-formidable] Renderlet:CHECKSINGLE or CHECKBOX in LISTER

Hi again

I want to display the list of companies with e-mail adres as a column 
and I want to place a checbox in each row. I want to check some 
checkboxes and press 'Send e-mail' button and I'd like to get the e-mail 
adressed to every checked company.

And i've no idea how to do this :]
Could someone give me a hand?
