[TYPO3-project-formidable] Go for PHP5 !

I think this is a good decision because the version php4
isn't supported since last year and there will be no further updates.
Therefore a migration to version 5 should be considered - I'm switching to
typo3 and php5 because my current cms is outdated  and has some
security drawbacks.
