[TYPO3-project-formidable] Go for PHP5 !

Hello,
I plan to introduce PHP5 as a requirement for future evolutions of 
Formidable.

It will open new perspectives to the architecture and the solidity of 
the framework. Furthermore, TYPO3 also forces PHP5 since version 4.2

Please, whether you feel this is right or wrong, let me know.
