If you use latest revisions you'll get something like that:
<INPUT name="newlisterpi2[mylist][1][crdate-2] ... />
<INPUT name="newlisterpi2[mylist][2][crdate-2] ... />
<INPUT name="newlisterpi2[mylist][3][crdate-2] ... />

Thanks Rego. Interesting. If it is possible to do this, it could greatly
help me.

- I have installed the latest version of the formidable 1.0.183
- I have cleared caches of Typo3 and that of my browser
- I 've made a new form with a new extension

But it's still not working. Rego you managed to have several fields
containing dates can be changed ?
