[TYPO3-project-formidable] WIKI DOC

Hello Luc,
it was my first try with formidable yesterday, but i'm very impressed :)

This obsolete things should be documented immediately or noticed in a 
changelog.
I can make some changes in the wiki doc but i'm not very introduced ah 
formidable.
