[TYPO3-project-formidable] basic example

As it has been already said elsewhere: Demo is very nice, but it really 
does not help to start with FORMIDABLE. Could someone please post a very 
brief explanation how to do a "Hello word" app with formidable. Maybe 
just adding and deleting names from list of names or something like that.

That would be very helpful for beginner like me and could partially 
substitute lack of documentation.
