[TYPO3-project-formidable] installation fails, no module icon

hi tim!
I think there is no more relation with formidable and the backend at the 
moment.
What you have to do after installing your formidable extension, is just to 
make a new extension, based on formidable, with de kickstarter, and create 
your form xml structure.
for this, did you have a look at formidable_by_example ? if no, you can get 
it there :

You should also have a look to the T3CON06 Demo that we had published.

You might thing this answer doesn't answer your question, but to have a 
start with formidable, I think it's the really better way. You should be 
able to start correctly.

Maybe Jerome can tell you more about this backend menu
