[TYPO3-project-formidable] Bug in Checksingle renderlet + patch

Hi,

currently, the Checksingle renderlet displays its label even when labels
are disabled in the renderer configuration. So when the HTML template
contains an additional label, there will be two label tags after the
checkbox.

I've attached a patch that solves this issue.
