[TYPO3-project-formidable] TextArea with RTE

Hello

Here is the first version of the RTE renderlet.

Uploaded it to TER but it will take a while until it is updated.

It works with rtehtmlarea only. Tested with IE6 and FF (win32) works fine on
both, please test on other browsers.

Maybe someone can suggest a better way to listen for forms onSubmit event,
as RTE requires this to do it's magic.

There is still room for improvements, let me know of any problems/bugs.
