I'm totally with you, sounds nice. In FE it would be possible to select the version just like for all other manuals too? So latest is the default which users will see, but it's possible to select the 4.7 version from the menu?

I'm fine with it and someone could migrate all old class names to the new ones including namespaces. I want to contribute in small changes once I'm at a situation where I find it's out of date like in https://github.com/TYPO3-Documentation/TYPO3CMS-Book-ExtbaseFluid/pull/36.

As soon as you've set it up, inform me and I'll update the paragraph around the PR to match the new namespaces, as I've not touched them yet.
