[TYPO3-doc] Current status of TYPO3 CMS in the docs

OK, I'll be thankful for some feedback on this. I'm working on the
Tutorial for Editors in the Wiki and would like to plan in an update
for this information to
http://docs.typo3.org/typo3cms/EditorsTutorial/ at some point. (No
hurry.)
