[TYPO3-doc] Planning for the TYPO3 CMS 6.2 release

Hi team,

As you know the release of TYPO3 CMS 6.2 is just on the horizon. It will 
take place on Tuesday, March 25. Besides updating the manuals (which is 
ongoing) we need to plan several more technical steps.

1) api.typo3.org: the API documentation for 6.2 needs to be generated 
and - on March 25 - replace 6.1 as current stable. The objects.inv file 
for Intersphinx cross-linking must not be forgotten.

2) docs.typo3.org: the "stable" symbolic links must be changed to point 
to 6.2 on March 25. For the time being I don't want to create 6.2 
branches in the official manuals because I think we're still going to 
have a lot of work on 6.2 documentation after the official release and I 
don't want to be bothered with a backport every time. If some new 
features for the next version of TYPO3 CMS are committed early on, they 
can wait a bit IMO.

Are you okay with that?

Most importantly, who can take care of these tasks at the right moment?
