[TYPO3-doc] docteam twitter account

Hi all,
i created a twitter account for the doc team, to share info all over the 
world :)
I asked for that with other doc guys before taking this initiative.

I free name i took is:  @T3docTeam

temporary i used my personal email but i can change it into another one 
and share the account with others if you want.

i used the same docteam logo https://github.com/TYPO3-Documentation

if someone would like to help me please write me
