[TYPO3-doc] extensions: warnings/errors in ReST documentation

Hi,

Following our conversation in the last team meeting about possibly 
informing extension developers about warnings/errors in their ReST 
documentation, I played around a little bit.

Did I understand it correctly, that warnings/errors during the 
ReST-to-HTML conversion process are written to:

http://docs.typo3.org/typo3cms/extensions/<EXTKEY>/stable/_make/warnings.txt

In this case, I suspect that most (maybe all?) extensions uploaded 
recently show the following problem:

--- start ---
None:None: WARNING: toctree contains reference to document 'Targets' 
that doesn't have a title: no link will be generated
--- end ---

Also, can someone name extensions as some examples, which have issues 
(in the file listed above), which we would (possibly) like to report to 
the developer?

I don't have access to the docs.typo3.org server, so I can't search 
myself :-)
