Good job

- remove the SXW file entirely

Removing it entirely now could lead to the false asumption, the upload is buggy,
making people fall back to an older version.

- edit it and add a note at the top pointing to the new location

Keepint the osolete text in it? Nogo. You feed the search machines with the wrong.

- empty it and leave only a note pointing to the new location

Following my above argumentation, this sounds best for me currently.
