Good point..
Even though I think that today you can't really use the web without 
being tracked and that people who don't like that probably already have 
very restrictive browser settings and/or use blockers.
But, true, we probably shouldn't support this development on typo3.org

docs.typo3.org are static HTML basically. But it should be possible to 
detect the typo3.org cookie and only load the disqus script if a user is 
logged in. But adding opt-in would make the whole thing quite complex I 
guess..

Alternatively we could maybe use some "two click" activation mechanism 
as heise introduced a while ago [1]
