[TYPO3-doc] New extensions page

Hi all,

I have worked on improving the page that lists all extension manuals on 
docs.typo3.org:

http://docs.typo3.org/typo3cms/extensions/

Since the list is sooo long, I figured it was more useful to just have a 
search field. The page is really minimal now, your feedback is welcome 
(and your contributions too, if you want some technical improvements).

One sure thing is that it's extremely fast, because it's basically a 
near-empty HTML page with some JS for the search that refers to a large 
JS file (containing a simple array) automatically generated by a script 
from Martin and which contains all extensions keys and versions.
