[TYPO3-doc] You may write "|today|" in ReST to get "2012-09-27 15:46" rendered

I just added a "today_fmt" specification to the GlobalSettings.yml.

See https://review.typo3.org/#/c/15111/ for details

This means that wherever you write "|today|" in your ReST sources it
will be displayed in the form "2012-09-27 15:46". This is different to
the default which has no time and looks like "September 27, 2012".

Recommendation: Add::

  :Rendered: |today|

to the meta data at the beginning of your manual. Doing so you can
immediately see when your document has actually being rendered on the
server.

If you want to have that global setting in effect on your local machine
at home you have to reinstall "RestTools.git/ExtendingSphinxForTYPO3".
See the link at the top.

Keep on sailing ...

Martin
