[TYPO3-doc] Proposal: renaming of AdminGuide

You're raising a very good point here and you have a lot of valid 
arguments. I must say I'm still pretty attached to the project's current 
name, but I guess calling it the "Maintenance Guide" better highlights 
what that manual is really meant to be. So yes, the change fine with me.
