USE THAT ONLINE TSREF WITH CAUTION - IT HAS NOT BEEN PROOFREAD YET.

That online TSRef 4.6 was automatically generated using the current
workflow. I have added the_little_rest_slicer.py which helps cutting
monolithic reST files into pieces. The only thing I did manually was
rearranging the files in folders and adding some Sphinx directives for
content tables.
