I do not thing so. Must stuff is now in own manuals:
doc_guide_security
doc_core_api
doc_core_skinning
doc_core_services

Best thing to do is to look around and follow examples or just read the code 
;)

I do not think that there will be an update of doc_core_inside very soon. 
Maybe once the new documentation server is ready, all old stuff migrated and 
everything running smooth, we will focus on those topics again.
Of course that does not mean, we - as documentation team - think that it 
would not be worth to update those manual, but we do lack manpower to 
actually make it happen.
