[TYPO3-doc] On-line services for extension manual

Hey Fabien,

That sounds impressive. GetTheDocs sounds fine to me, but maybe you could also
use getdoc (like catdoc)

I can't wait to see all this and the whole new documantation structure in
action. That will make a lot of people happy.
