Physical meetings are nice, let's have some if we can, but the main 
communication channel will be online, obviously.

We have a Big Blue Button server which runs quite well, so that can be a 
good replacement for Skype and allows for anyone to join, if necessary.

I don't know. Does anyone? All I know is that there's a Forge issue with 
pages to merge [1] (already done for some). Especially I would keep on 
eye on using content for official manuals. I would rather see time spent 
updating the official manuals (or improving them, or creating missing 
ones), than editing wiki content.
