[TYPO3-doc] New templating tutorial

Hi all,

As we have already often discussed, we desperately need to refresh the 
MTB and FTB tutorials (which are neither M nor B anymore ;-) ). A good 
idea IMO was suggested here:

http://forge.typo3.org/issues/12638

In short, the new templating tutorial could show the integration of the 
Introduction Package's design.
