Well this example would more be:
<link
linkend="http://documentation.typo3.org/typo3v4/core/tsref/current/en/function.html#stdWrap">...</link>
for example; so it's not exactly what I'd call "easy to use" -- but see
my issues with it in the other mail :)

Taking the above example:
<olink targetdoc="typo3v4.core.tsref" targetptr="function.stdWrap" />

The only thing you need to know more as user is the *name of the manual*
and the *name of the reference inside the manual* :-)
