[TYPO3-doc] DocBook: Deciding on output structure

Hey everybody,

I'd like to ask for a decision on the HTML output structure we will use.

I'm proposing something like the following, in accordance with the
structure proposed by François:

    /TYPO3v4/CoreManuals/doc_core_api/en/current/index.html
    /TYPO3v4/CoreManuals/doc_core_api/en/4.4/index.html
    /TYPO3v4/CoreManuals/doc_core_api/de/4.4/index.html
    /TYPO3v4/CoreManuals/doc_core_api/de/current.pdf
    /TYPO3v4/CoreManuals/doc_core_api/de/4.4.pdf

I'm needing that to work further on the Build Scripts.

So, it'd be great to have your +-1 to get some decisions :-)
