[TYPO3-doc] OpenOffice bug with outline level solved

Hi all,

By sheer luck I stumbled on a way to solve the bug which has affected so
many TYPO3 manuals, when suddenly every single paragraph in your
document appears in the table of contents.

This problem happens because - suddenly - OpenOffice considers all your
default text to have an outline numbering of 2, thus making it
equivalent to "Heading 2". And you can't change that in the outline
level field of Format > Paragraph..., because it is deactivated.

The solution is to go to Tools > Outline numbering... Click on level 2.
You should see that the "Paragraph Style" is not "Heading 2" as expected
but your default style (either "Default" or "Text body"). Switch back to
"Heading 2", and all your paragraphs will magically turn back to being
just body text. At least that worked for me.

I'm so happy to have saved the 100+ pages of the TCA reference :-) But
I'm still looking forward to switching to DocBook ;-)

Cheers
