[TYPO3-doc] Small improvements to official documentation template

Hi all,

Committed to official_template trunk in revision 390

Thanks to all for the wonderfully fruitful discussion!

I'll follow up to this with instructions on how to use that template, 
where to get the fonts, how to move from the old template to the new one 
(if necessary, after experimenting).

That will be after T3CON10. If you're attending, I'm looking forward to 
meeting you in Frankfurt.
