[TYPO3-doc] TypoScript central reference

Hi all,

Following T3DD10's workshop, there's now a Forge project (part of the 
Official Documentation project) dedicated to developing the central 
TypoScript reference:

http://forge.typo3.org/projects/typo3v4-core_references

I have added all participants of the workshops, except for one person 
whose name I forgot (if you're reading this, I'm really sorry, please 
apply to be a member of the project; if anyone knows that person's name, 
please refresh my bad memory).

I have already created tasks corresponding to those discussed during T3DD10.

I'll be on holiday as of next Saturday, so don't expect much further 
news from me on this topic, but I'll catch up when I'm back.
