[TYPO3-doc] Documenting TypoScript constants (and more)

Actually there's also something about it in "Mastering TypoScript" by 
Daniel Koch. It's interesting, but as not as complete as the reference 
should be. If it's the same kind it's not so helpful, because it covers 
only the basics.

What will be difficult is to document some advanced/weird settings that 
will require digging into the source code.

Well, if they have some version in electronic format it's certainly 
worth a look, but if it requires too much effort, I don't think it's 
worth it. I can take a quick look even if it's in German.
