[TYPO3-doc] [Wiki] Now boilerplate template-selection for new pages

Hello Wiki-users,

now we have a template-selector for new pages! So it's much easier to 
create a page that is connected with the rest of the wiki.

For this page-types the switch is usable now:
* Project
* Extension
* FLOW3-page
* Simple (default)
* Team-page (contains the most used team-headers)

If you need another page-template or one more team-header then please 
leave a message here and I add it!
