[TYPO3-doc] double byte trouble at wiki site

Hello list,

Thank you for wiki site maintenance everyday, however, Asian
double byte trouble at wiki site now. Double byte characters
are not correct.

http://wiki.typo3.org/index.php/Zh:Main_Page


Also, I saved double byte character at wiki page, but those
double byte was not correct. I think that this is database
settings or something.....
