[TYPO3-doc] wiki and Spam -> bootrap?

Hi Martin and Simon,

thanks for your effort!!

So I register there, too, and ask this two questions:

1. if we need a special version for mediawiki and 2. if we can
switch-off the auto-updater and call it by self when *we* want to have
an update.

I do this after optimizing the Tag-Template
(http://wiki.typo3.org/index.php/Documentation_joblist)
