[TYPO3-doc] [Wiki] 9 new Buttons for the edit-toolbar/ please test it

Hello Elmar und Jochen,

thanks for your feedback! I'll add a button for that. When I have more
time I remove the buttons and put a suckerfish-menu in. The buttons are
too little.

Tested it - everything can be in the code:
