[Typo3-doc] Spam Watcher needed

Well, principally I don't want to start this discussion (which I can't
remember) again.

What I see is the fact that there _is_ some spam and that we need an easy
solution, that's why I can't understand that the question did never come up
again, like when it was written in stones).

> In the meantime let's find somebody who takes care of the spam.
