[Typo3-doc] Extension documenters wanted

"COA menu" is being written by Christopher Torgalson.

Hmm, they are really small extensions, it's probably kind of overkill
to spend time on CVS.

Yeah. Maybe I'll just upload them to TER without docs, and request it
there as well.
