[Typo3-doc] Future Main_Page

Hi,

After a few weeks of following the spaghetti of all the pages in the 
wiki, I start to have a better idea of what content are here, and how it 
could be organized.

So I reopen the Draf_Main_Page process. :-)
http://wiki.typo3.org/index.php/Draft_Main_Page (nothing yet)

A new main page will be constructed here. When it becomes stable and 
usable it will be put on the front.

Any suggestion, edition, comment, correction are welcome, as usual. :-)
