[Typo3-doc] Finish Installation Basics?

Sorry for the late reply. I was on a project in France for a few days 
and didn't bother (shame on me) checking in with the newsgroup.

I can't give much of a big reply since I am pretty busy the next fe days.

But in short: Yes I am still on it but I will NOT do it alone.
