[Typo3-doc] TYPO3 Glossary

Hi DOCTEAM!

about a year ago, Kapser has started to collect words for a TYPO3 glossary.

Most of the terms are not descrived yet, which still has to be done.

The list exists only as an SQL file that you can download from:
http://wiki.typo3.org/typo3_glossary/glossary_tables.sql

It would be nice if someone could put the list into the wiki so it can 
be edited by anyone, and as soon as all terms are acurately described, 
we can convert it to Context Sensitive Help (CSH) XML format and let it 
be translated by the ordinary translator groups.

It will then enrich the CSH features of the Backend and additionally be 
available on typo3.org.
