Is your comment related to the DocTEAM leader vote ?

Because in that particular case, we clearly defined who can vote.

Every involved peoples, who are peoples who actually read this list, for 
saying at least 15 days.

If people doesn't understand what it is, they wont vote. If they don't 
read this list, they wont vote. Only *involved* peoples are voting.

Of course the vote is ending soon, and we wont change the rules, now. 
For the simple reason that it's now time to stop playing with the voting 
system and write documentation and wiki structure. ;-)

Everybody should be fine with that, because that all what you said in 
different words.
